I've always loved stayed in the hotel, very quiet, comfortable beds. Very close to the city center. The staff is nice and helpful. Breakfast was good. Air condition would be great in summertime, this is the only negative. But for colder days the hotel is perfect.

Parking is guaranteed if you leave the key at the reception, though no cameras to provide any security if any damage is done to the cars. The staff was very ignorant and rude when it was tried by the customer to park the car next to the wall (so others can park behind and do whatever they want - would not block anyone and would only need the car when leaving) and would not leave the keys for them. They said they do not provide parking if you do not give your key to them. If there would be cameras or some guarantee, there are no issues, but the rude style and not being flexible is really unacceptable. The manager basically said to cancel reservation rather than trying to find a solution. Check everything before you book it!
Wonderful facility in convenient location. We booked an apartment for four days in Vienna and it was perfect. Doing some laundry was really helpful and not having to worry about the car was a relief. Very clean, attractive snd spacious apartment. Note that we had to go up about 10 steps to the apartment, which was doable even though I’ve had some hip issues.
The location was perfect, breakfast was small but cute, maybe the pastries would be better, the only concern I had was that the towels did not smell very good. The male attendant working at the reception helped us a lot. Rooms were warm and bed linen was clean, overall I can recommend.
Pro:
- The location is near the center of the city;
- The location is pet friendly. We stay with our dog and everything was ok.
- The dog can be taken to breakfast;
- The breakfast was good enough;
- The parking was good, free and private;
Contra:
- The fact that the parking is close after 6 PM, so if you are out with the car after 6 PM you have to park on the street;
- The fact that the wi-fi have no password, so is not a safe network at all;
